Public meetings coming up in Iowa and Delaware provide opportunity for highway users to give input.
The Iowa Transportation Commission has scheduled a public input meeting for Aug. 10 concerning the Iowa Transportation Improvement Program. This program involves transportation policies as well as highway, aviation, rail, river and transit issues. Click here to read the meeting notice.

The Delaware Department of Transportation has scheduled a public hearing for Sept. 16 to collect input for the Delaware Capital Transportation Program.
According to DelDOT, the hearing will give the public a chance to view scheduled work reductions within DelDOT and other factors relating to decreasing revenues with the state Transportation Trust Fund.
The hearing is scheduled for 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 16, at the South District Administration Building, 23697 DuPont Blvd., Georgetown, DE 19947.
