Pennsylvania Police Maj. Huascar Rivera told The Associated Press that troopers pulled over a tractor-trailer loaded with about three tons of marijuana last Sunday.
The truck reportedly failed to stop at a weigh station on Interstate 81 in Lebanon County. Police told The AP they found six plywood crates with about 6,000 pounds of marijuana hidden behind boxes in the truck’s trailer. The drugs are worth about $25 million, police said.
Authorities have arrested Eric Emmanuel, 35, of Pembroke Pines, FL, and Stanley Narcisse, 34, of Winter Garden, FL, in connection with the incident.
