Organizers of this year’s ExpoCam truck show in Montreal, Canada, are predicting a record-breaking attendance of 17,000 industry professionals despite a slowed economy.
The annual ExpoCam is set to take place Thursday, April 16, through Saturday, April 18, at Place Bonaventure, Montreal, Quebec. For details on the show, click here.
The organizers say the show will feature 275 exhibitors from all over North America and 200,000 square feet of exhibit space showcasing trucks, trailers, parts, accessories, engines, power trains, tires, fuels and financial services.
New for 2009 is the ExpoCam Green Route, which features technology and products that promote efficiency – including hybrid trucks, aerodynamics, efficient reefer units and a driving simulator.
Seminars conducted in French will feature topics such as business management for fleets and owner-operators.
ExpoCam is considered the biggest industry trucking show in Canada and is often referred to as Canada’s National Truck Show, organizers said. It is sponsored by the Quebec Trucking Association and the Canadian Trucking Alliance.
Admission is $20, payable at the show.
