Wild, windy weather continues to challenge truckers in Wyoming and California.
In extreme southwestern Wyoming, a 30-mile stretch of Interstate 80 was closed because of high winds and blowing snow.
Travel on a number of other state and U.S. highways was also being discouraged in some Western states, especially for high-profile vehicles.
In California, snow forced the temporary closure of eastbound I-80 about 50 miles northeast of Sacramento.
And in Nevada, a 130-mile stretch of I-395 was closed from near Bishop to the Nevada state line.
