The poor guy has completely immersed himself in the inner workings of the notorious agency, and in this entry, he tells about CARB’s goings-on with electric vehicles. It’s a topic so interesting, someone made a movie about it.

And on Friday, Columnist Bill Hudgins let us know about a new partnership between Ford and Microsoft that will most likely bring even more distractions into the driver’s seats of four wheelers. Does technology always foster the advancement of our society? In this case, maybe not.
