Cummins’ and Caterpillar’s heavy-duty truck engines rank highest in customer satisfaction, according to a J.D. Power & Associates study.

The study is based on responses from nearly 2,700 owners who’ve had their trucks for two years. It measured how satisfied the owners are with their engines’ performance, warranty and cost.
