For the second straight year, Miami drivers have earned their city the title of “road rage capital” of the nation.

According to a press release, AutoVantage – a Connecticut automobile club – the conclusion is based on behavior such as talking on cell phones, slamming on the brakes and running red lights.

New York, Boston, Los Angeles and Washington, DC, were also near the top of the list.

Portland, OR, was deemed one the of the country’s most courteous driving cities.
