For truckers who use Kansas Highway 54 to get to or from the southwest, there’s good news.

The highway has been reopened at Greensburg, KS – the scene of the devastating May 4 tornado that left 11 dead and the town flattened.

Traffic was routed around the town for a month, but now, Highway 54 is open right through what used to be downtown Greensburg.
