If you happen to be traveling through Las Vegas this weekend, it might be a good time to stop – and not just for the slots and cheap buffets.

The 2007 Truck Show Las Vegas begins this Thursday, June 7, and continues through Saturday, June 9, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The show will feature booths by a variety of trucking-related manufacturers, as well as seminars on decreasing costs, minimizing downtime, improving management skills and increasing profits. OOIDA staff will be on hand for the show. Stop by Booth 1923, 1925 and get a discount on OOIDA dues – $25 instead of the regular $45.

Truck Show Las Vegas is also home to a Stars and Stripes Show & Shine truck beauty event. Trucks participating in the event are required to be on-site on June 6, according to the Stars and Stripes Web site.
