Minnesota and South Dakota have waived hours-of-service restrictions for fuel haulers due to spot shortages of gasoline.

The waivers are good until July 19.

Kansas, meanwhile, waived HOS restrictions Tuesday, July 10, for 30 days for truckers delivering emergency supplies following widespread flooding in the state.
