When’s the last time you had a nap?

A study conducted in Greece concludes that middle-aged men who take half-hour naps at least three times a week are nearly 40 percent less likely to die of heart problems.

The Harvard University researcher who conducted the six-year study of more than 20,000 men says naps may reduce stress, and reducing stress may prolong life.
