Police in Albuquerque, NM, are trying to figure out who shot a trucker on Interstate 40 Monday morning, and why.
KOAT-TV reported that 64-year-old Edgar Strong told police he heard a loud bang as he was driving through a construction zone, then felt pain in his leg.
Strong managed to pull over and call police. He was treated at a hospital for a gunshot wound and released.
Police don’t know if the shooting was a case of road rage, an intentional shooting, or something else.
