Forecasters say Tropical Storm Florence, which as of Thursday morning was southeast of Bermuda, could strengthen into a full-blown hurricane within the next 24 hours.

However, forecasters still aren’t sure if the storm will make it to the continental U.S.

As of Thursday morning, the storm had sustained winds of 50 mph, which is 24 mph short of low-level hurricane strength.
