In Houston, TX, one of the jurors in the retrial of former trucker Tyrone Williams has been ejected by the judge.

That person - referred to only as "juror No. 12" - reportedly shook his head, rolled his eyes and sighed loudly as Williams' lawyer was questioning witnesses, according to media reports.

Williams could face the death penalty in connection with the deaths of 19 illegal immigrants who were left in the trailer of his truck after a botched smuggling operation.
