A former Virginia truck driver has been sentenced to three years in prison for steering people to a New Jersey man who manufactured fake CDLs.
According to the U. S. Department of Transportation, Arsenio Aguilar was involved in the sale of at least a dozen fraudulent commercial driver licenses. When he was a trucker, Aguilar drove for a trucking company out of Lorton, VA.
The release says Aguilar charged unspecified fees to act as the go-between.
