A couple of computer-savvy brothers have figured out a way for upset motorists to vent their anger.

Their Web site, platewire.com, will post an image of the license plate number of the driver who upset you by talking on a cell phone, tailgating, or almost running you off the road, to name a few examples.

The offenders' license plate can be accompanied by headlines and commentary. For example, several recent headlines on the site read "Maniac" and "Jerk on the phone."
