The Paris-based International Energy Agency thinks fuel prices are going to go a lot higher over the next 25 years.

Predicting a 53-percent increase in demand, the agency forecasts that oil prices could exceed $100 a barrel - compared to the $60 range prices are at now.

It also predicts that, within the next four years, China will overtake the U.S. as the world's biggest polluter.
