Authorities in Canada have busted up an organized crime ring responsible for stealing and distributing tractor-trailers in the Toronto, Canada, region.
Twenty-three people face a total of 138 charges in the sting known as Project Tic Toc, according to the Toronto Star. The investigation lasted a year.
Seized in the arrests were four vehicles, 18 partial trailer loads worth $3 million, $100,000 in cash, marijuana, cocaine, small arms and ammunition.
Stolen items were also found in shipping containers in Jamaica, according to police.
