caused a deadly accident that killed four people on
Wilcox is accused of attempting to reinstate insurance coverage for the truck after the crash had taken place.
Though no date has been set, Matthew Beatman, the attorney who the court appointed as receiver for the case, told The Associated Press that the auction could raise as much as $1.4 million.
After fees and the company’s creditors are paid, that will leave between $300,000 and $500,000 available for victims of the crash, Beatman said.
A former employee of the company testified in court on Tuesday, Jan. 10, that files were removed and documents shredded in the wake of the crash, The AP reported.
