Land Line wins big at International Automotive Media Awards

Land Line Magazine and its writers have taken home top honors in the International Automotive Media Awards, an annual competition of automotive and other transportation-related publications.

In addition to several individual awards, Land Line also received a silver medal for its May 2006 issue, in the category of Magazine: Above 100,000 Circulation.

Those writers and their awards are as follows:

Gold Medal

  • "You don't mind if I look inside your truck, do you?" Aaron Ladage (Public Service category)

Silver Medal

  • "Grassroots start growing in your own backyard," Keith Goble (Public Service category)
  • "Shattered," Suzanne Stempinski (Feature category)
  • "Makeover Mobsters," Aaron Ladage (Feature category)

Bronze Medal

  • "Hold 'em or fold 'em," Jami Jones (Business category)
  • "Fuel School," Terry Scruton (Column category)
  • "The secret life of engines as told by ECMs," Paul Abelson (Technical: General category)
