A Canadian trucking company is getting attention for the incentives it's offering its drivers and owner-operators.
Today's Trucking reported that Coastal Pacific Xpress, a company based in Surrey, British Columbia, is handing out a total of $400,000 in bonuses, which will be divided among 475 workers and drivers as a reward for their part in generating strong revenues this year.
And, the bonuses are in addition to a 45 percent pay increase the company gave to owner-operators within the last year.
