In
Wyoming
, winds of up to 72 mph overturned three semis on Interstate 25. One driver received minor injuries. Wyoming Highway Patrol Sgt. Stephen Townsend told Land Line that two of the trucks were empty and one was only lightly loaded.

“In fact, two of (the trucks) turned over about four miles south of
Cheyenne
,” Townsend said. “At the next interchange, another mile down, there were several trucks that had taken the offramp and were … just waiting it out. They didn’t want to take a chance and go any further and suffer the same fate.”
The Associated Press reports that, in
Colorado
, 84-mph winds overturned several tractor-trailers, including one that forced the temporary closure of U.S. 287 north of
Fort Collins
.
In
Washoe County

CA
