Interstate 70 is open all the way across Colorado – after being shut down from Denver to Limon Monday, Oct. 10, following up to 20 inches of snow.
The heavy snow knocked out power for about 25,000 Denver residents and caused several tractor-trailers to jack-knife on the approach to the Eisenhower Tunnel.
Tuesday the Colorado Highway Patrol reported lots of wet pavement and some icy spots, but generally good conditions on I-70.
