Diesel prices continued to fall in most parts of the country Dec. 1, with only a couple of states reporting an increase overnight.

ProMiles reported a national average of $2.464 per gallon Thursday, Dec. 1, down more than a penny from the previous day. New Jersey and Delaware were the only states to post increases.

ProMiles reported a low of $2.234 per gallon in Oklahoma and a high of $2.724 per gallon in Washington . Both of those are down slightly from the previous day.

Meanwhile, AAA reported a national average of $2.601 per gallon Dec. 1 – less than a penny lower than the previous day.

The AAA reported a low of $2.333 per gallon in Oklahoma – down a penny from the day before. New York had the highest prices for the second day in a row at $2.872 per gallon, though that was down slightly from the previous day.

On the retail side, Oklahoma City was the place to be for the lowest-priced fuel for the second day in a row Dec. 1.

Flying J reported a low price of $2.129 per gallon at stations in Oklahoma City and Edmond , OK .

Love’s was reporting a low of $2.149 per gallon in Oklahoma , as was Pilot. Travel Centers of America also reported a low of $2.179 per gallon in Oklahoma City .

Petro was reporting a low price of $2.099 per gallon in Gadsden , AL , for the second day in a row.
