The Georgia Department of Transportation has scheduled three public meetings in June to get feedback on a statewide transportation plan.

The 12-month study, which started in January, is intended to provide a comprehensive look at all transportation issues facing Georgia through the year 2035, including existing conditions, growth trends and forecasts, and future conditions.

Planners will focus on all modes of transportation – highway, public transit, railroad, air, water, pedestrian and bicycle.

Public meeting dates and locations are:

• Southeast/coastal Georgia: 5-7 p.m. Monday, June 6, at the Coastal Georgia Center, 305 Fahm St., Savannah, GA 31401.
• South Georgia: 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, at the Moultrie Tech Veterans Parkway Campus, 800 Veterans Parkway North, Moultrie, GA 31788.
• North Georgia: 5-7 p.m. Thursday, June 9, at the Commerce Civic Center, 110 State St., Commerce, GA 30529.
