Harry Stonecipher, dismissed earlier this month as the chief of Boeing Co. amidst allegations of misconduct, is officially off the board at Paccar. The Washington-based truck manufacturing giant announced March 15 its board of directors had accepted Stonecipher’s resignation, effective immediately.

The Paccar board thanked him for his positive business contribution to the success of the company.

The corporation makes trucks under the Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and Foden brand names.
