For the second time in six months, a truck driver has been run over and killed at a Pilot Travel Center.

A Minnesota man was killed early Friday morning when he was struck by a tractor-trailer in the fuel pump area of the Pilot truck stop in Newburgh, New York.  The driver of the truck wasn’t charged.   Investigators are awaiting autopsy results to see if they shed any light on the cause of the accident.

In January, a driver from Tennessee died after he was run over at a Pilot Travel Center in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
