Some of the striking Canadian truckers who have shut down part of the Port of Vancouver are now being sued by Wal-Mart.

Media reports say Wal-Mart is accusing some members of the Vancouver Container Truckers Association of interfering with contractual relations by not shipping cargo out of the port.

The strike has lasted more than five weeks. It started after negotiations on higher rates and a fuel surcharge broke down.
