While the Technology & Maintenance Council is breaking with tradition this year and not holding a summer meeting, maintenance, information technology and logistics managers can participate in two international TMC meetings – one in Mexico and one in Canada.

TMC Internacional will hold its third annual meeting in Mexico City on Thursday and Friday, July 15-16, in conjunction with the PAACE Automechanica Mexico exposition in the city’s new Banamex Center. The theme, “Modernizing Mexican Fleets,” will be carried out in numerous technical sessions that cover equipment and management practices. The keynote speaker for Thursday’s industry luncheon will be Juan José Guerra Abud, executive president of the Association of the Manufacturers of Buses, Trucks and Trailers.

TMC Internacional meeting n Canada is scheduled for Nov. 10-12 in the Toronto Congress Centre, Ontario.

TMC’s fall meeting is set for Sept. 13-16 in the Renaissance Hotel in Nashville, TN. TMC's 2005 Annual Meeting and Transportation Technology Exhibition will be held in a new venue at an earlier date – the Tampa Convention Center, Tampa, FL, Feb. 14-18, 2005.
