James Fuller has been named chief of staff at the Transportation Security Administration, the agency announced Dec. 13.

Fuller has been at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission for the past two years, serving as principal liaison to the chairman.

TSA is part of the Department of Homeland Security.
