Land Line Magazine won two top awards in the Association of Automotive Publication Editors first awards competition.

"Trucker Faces His Worst Nightmare" by Feature Editor Rene Tankersley, which appeared in the March/April 2003 issue, won the Gold Key award for Single News Article. "Beware The Dragon" by Associate Editor Mark H. Reddig, which appeared in the July 2003 issue, won the Gold Key award for Feature Article.
