The Air Resources Board has changed to location of its Oct. 23 public hearing from the California Environmental Protection Agency auditorium to the South Coast Air Quality Management District auditorium at 21865 East Copley Dr. in Diamond Bar, CA.

The public hearing has been called to consider adoption of the proposed heavy-duty diesel engine software upgrade regulation. This hearing will be considered at a two-day meeting of the board, which will commence at 9 a.m., Oct. 23, 2003, and may continue at 8:30 a.m., Oct. 24, 2003, if necessary.
