OOIDA Business Services’ Gary Green says owner-operators who live in Oklahoma could face problems with tags. The IRP office in Oklahoma, it seems, is running a bit behind on its registrations.

“If you got in before Dec. 31, you should be tagged within the allowed grace period and should have no problems,” says Green. “But if you submitted your registration after that Dec. 31 date, you may not get your tags until after the end of the grace period, which is March 1. For a lot of guys, this will mean a forced vacation.”
