A new bill in Florida would extend daytime lane restrictions on trucks to 24 hours a day.

Now, trucks traveling through Palm Beach County are prohibited from I-95’s left lane from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The new bill would extend the prohibition to all times day and night.

Rep. Irv Slosberg told the South Florida Sun Sentinel he would sponsor the bill. However, officials at the capitol told Land Line Feb. 6 that the bill had not been introduced yet.
