The Arizona state Transportation Board has scheduled a public hearing on its $2.9 billion Five-Year Highway Construction Program today, April 18, in Tucson, AZ.

The meeting is the third hearing on the plan. The Transportation Board oversees the Arizona Department of Transportation.

Members of the public will be allowed to comment on the plan during the hearing, which will take place at 2 p.m. in the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort. The comments from the meeting will be used by the state DOT's staff in updating the road program.
