Iowa 80 Truckstop is building a trucking hall of fame museum to honor the industry. The Walcott Museum will be 21,600 square feet and display at least 20 antique trucks at any one time. In addition to its truck display, the museum will feature old signs, fuel pumps and engines along with other truckstop and trucking artifacts.

A full-time restoration expert is planned for the museum, allowing visitors to view truck restorations in progress. The museum is scheduled to open in 2005.
