OOIDA and Land Line top list of seminar presenters at Expedite Expo 2002, being held 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Aug. 15-16 at the Detroiter Truckstop in Woodhaven, MI.Paul Abelson, technical editor and columnist for Land Line, will be teaching two seminars - "Maintenance Intervals" and "Spec'ing the Expediting Straight Truck."
Land Line columnists Jeff McConnell and James Mennella, of Road Law, know the law and how it relates specifically to truckers. Their seminar, "Tickets, Accidents & Suspension," will answer some frequently asked legal questions.OOIDA Board Member Woody Chambers, his wife Paula, and the OOIDA truck will be on hand to sign up members and educate drivers on the issues the association is actively fighting for on truckers' behalf.
