Rep. Bob Clement (D-TN) says lawmakers will take a hard look at tightening security in the trucking industry because trucks are prime targets for terrorists. Clement says tougher inspections of tanker trucks and more thorough background checks of truckers are probably inevitable.

"I can foresee a lot of changes because in the past, what we've been worried about are accidents. The problem now is deliberate acts, not accidents, but blatant acts of terrorism," Clement told WKRN News in Nashville.
