The front cabs of seven tractor-trailers were set on fire Sunday in Brooklyn, N.Y., according to a report from the New York Post.
The first fire started at 2:30 a.m. Six other cabs were reportedly on fire within the next hour. All seven of the cabs were destroyed, while the trailers were left unharmed. No injuries were reported.
Five of the trucks were being driven for TTS Trucking Company in Newark, according to multiple sources.
The Post said the trucks were parked at five different places and that investigators speculated that the fires might stem from an “internal beef” within the companies involved. It was also reported that 10 more trucks have been set on fire in Brooklyn during the past 10 months.
