FROM THE LL BLOG: Florida's charitable act not so charitable

Florida recently dispatched a 15-truck convoy to Washington, D.C., to assist in recovery efforts after the recent winter storm. Florida’s act of charity is also in the name of tourism as each dump truck has a sign encouraging a visit to the “Sunshine State.” Staff Writer Mark Schremmer compares the effort to the friend who always wants something in return for a “good deed.”
