TRACER ALERT: Gold Star Mothers show truck stolen in Lewisville, Texas

Tuesday, June 24, 2014 – A black 2003 Peterbilt 379 Conventional truck pulling a gray 2007 Reinke Step Deck trailer was reported stolen on June 24. The rig was stolen at Railroad Boulevard in Lewisville, Texas.

The truck is a Gold Star Mothers show truck with patriotic graphics and 75 soldiers’ names from the memorial wall in gold lettering. The word “Hitechway” is on both sides of the truck. The trailer was loaded with roofing shingles and three pallets of rolled roofing.

TRACER lists a Texas license plate of R75742 and a VIN number of 1XP5DB9X63D800139 for the truck. The trailer has a Texas plate of X75011 and a VIN number of 4C6DC4821710620.

A $500 reward is being offered for information leading to the recovery of the truck. Call 202-246-2698.
