Wildwood Pride & Polish scheduled for April 25-26

| Thursday, April 24, 2014

The 2014 Pride & Polish National Championship series continues in Wildwood, Fla., this week. The 75 Chrome Shop will play host to the two-day show that begins Friday, April 25.

OOIDA’s tour truck, a 2014 Western Star dubbed “Miss Eleanor,” is there with pilot Jon Osburn and special guard dog Sassi who is on a constant leash lest gators be hungry. Jon says the truck is looking super good but won’t be competing in the Pride & Polish beauty contest.

The show also features live music, free food, giveaways and more.

This show acts as a qualifying round for the Pride & Polish National Championship. The show’s four Best of Show winners will qualify to compete in the National Championship judging round in Dallas in August at The Great American Trucking Show. They’ll be competing against the Best of Show winners from the five other Pride & Polish qualifying events held throughout the year.

Admission to the show is free for spectators. It’s located at Exit 329 off of I-75 in Central Florida.
