TRACER ALERT: Truck, trailer stolen from Georgia truck stop

OOIDA’s TRACER website reports that a tractor trailer was stolen from the BP Truck Stop in Fairburn, GA, on Jan. 30.

The navy blue 2001 Freightliner Columbia has “Elijah Johnson Sr., E-Nest Transport” on the doors and “076” on the hood. TRACER reports a Georgia license plate number of IC79X3 and a VIN number of 1FUJA6AV01LH17315.

The 2003 Utility reefer trailer is white with aluminum doors. Its Georgia license plate number is listed as LE3025H and the VIN number is 1UYVS25303U156908.

A $500 reward is being offered for information leading to the recovery of this equipment. Call 202-246-2698.

TRACER, the Transportation Alert Communication and Emergency Response program, was launched in 2009 by OOIDA. The program is a two-way communication system that sends alerts to members and coordinates information received from trucking members.
