Rush Enterprises has picked up several dealerships in Ohio in a recent $107 million deal with MVI Group.
Rush announced Jan. 2 that its subsidiaries have acquired some assets of MVI Group, which operates commercial truck and bus dealerships in Ohio. The dealerships include Miami Valley International, Center City International, CCI North Coast and Buckeye Truck Centers. International, IC Bus, Isuzu and Idealease franchises in seven cities are included in the acquisition.
The newly acquired locations will operate as part of the company’s Navistar Division and bring the company’s total truck centers to 78 locations in 15 states. The capabilities of Rush Truck Leasing and Rush Bus Centers will be expanded as a result.
