An Ohio truck driver has been sentenced to 34 months in prison after a Miami County, OH, judge found him guilty on two counts of receiving stolen property.

According to court documents, Clifford A. Polhamus Jr., 60, of Fletcher, OH, will serve two 17-month sentences, which will be served consecutively. In April 2012, Polhamus was arrested after a tractor-trailer, which was reported stolen in Texas, was found on his property.

The Troy Daily News reported that this is the second time Polhamus has been sentenced for similar crimes. He previously was sentenced to three years in prison back in 2004 for similar crimes.

According to information on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s website, Polhamus’ trucking company, C & P Transportation, is located in Fletcher, OH, and is still operating with one power unit and three drivers.
