Bogan back home

After spending more than seven months in a Mexican prison, American trucker Jabin Bogan is back home in Dallas. He was released Friday, Nov. 23, after his mother paid a fine to Mexican authorities.

WFAA-TVreports Bogan shed tears as he hugged his 6-year-old son at the airport.

He also thanked his mother for persisting in trying to arrange his release, saying, “My mama is my strength.”

Bogan was arrested last April after taking a wrong turn at the border in El Paso and winding up in Mexico with a load of 268,000 rounds of ammunition.
