A black, red and white 2005 Kenworth T600 conventional was stolen from 1050 State St. in Perth Amboy, NJ, between Aug. 31 and Sept. 3, according to an OOIDA TRACER alert. Doug Morris, OOIDA director of security operations, said it could be the work of a theft ring that has been working in the Paterson area, 33 miles from Perth Amboy.

The truck has OOIDA decals and Cheetah signs on the doors. The VIN number is listed on TRACER’s website as 1XKAD49X95R101206 and New Jersey license plate number AM621P.

A $500 reward is being offered for information leading to the recovery of this truck. Call 202-246-2698 with information.

TRACER, the Transportation Alert Communication and Emergency Response program, was launched in 2009 by OOIDA. The program is a two-way communication system that sends alerts to members and coordinates information received from trucking members.
