In Elk City, OK, a large explosion at a trucking company on Saturday morning injured two people and caused the evacuation of about a hundred residents. Hodges Trucking, where the blast occurred, hauls materials that are used in the hydraulic fracturing process of recovering oil and gas.

The Oklahoman reported that the explosion was in the yard of the facility. It apparently involved highly explosive materials, which were stored in a tank.
