A city in Virginia is preparing to sue a trucking company it says owes more than $157,000 in unpaid property taxes.

Staunton, VA, city attorney Douglas Guynn is reportedly preparing to file a lawsuit against Keystone Freight Corp., which disputes the tax bill.

The News Leader reported that Guynn claims the company owes $61,699 for 2008 taxes; $43,988 for 2009; $32,304 for 2010; and $19,488 last year.

The city claims the tax bills are due for motor vehicles, trailers and equipment kept in the city during the last four years, the newspaper reported.
