TRACER ALERT: Truckers asked to help find missing teens

Truckers are being asked by the Maryland State Police for help in locating a pair of teenagers who have been missing since Jan. 12.

Rachel Reilly, 16, was last seen on Jan. 12. She may have traveled to Virginia and may be in the company of Nicholas Balderson, 17, according to OOIDA’s TRACER alert. The alert appears on the home page under the heading “Notices.”

Rachel goes by the nickname “Ray Ray” and Nicholas by “Cole.” Rachel is 5 feet, 5 inches, and weighs approximately 140 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes. Nicholas is 5 feet, 10 inches, and weighs approximately 140 pounds. He has light brown hair and hazel eyes.

They have been sighted at different truck stops, and were last spotted yesterday in San Antonio at a truck stop.

TRACER – Transportation Alert Communication and Emergency Response – is an OOIDA program that is two-way communication alert system. It both sends alerts to OOIDA members and coordinates information received from trucking members.
